Location data
ChopSpot is location-aware. With your permission, we use your device location to calculate nearby food spots and make local recommendations. You can disable location access in your device settings, although nearby features may then be limited.

Vendor listings, reviews, food updates and profile content intended for discovery may be visible to other users. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze and support the app. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide ChopSpot, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update account details, change device permissions, remove content where the app permits, or request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
