Terms of Use

These terms set the ground rules for discovering food, sharing updates and managing vendor listings on ChopSpot.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Using ChopSpot

These terms govern your use of the ChopSpot website, mobile applications and related services. By using ChopSpot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

  • Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your country.

Food and vendor information

ChopSpot helps people discover independent vendors and local food. Opening hours, availability, prices, promotions, locations and menu details can change quickly. Verify important details directly with the vendor before travelling or purchasing.

ChopSpot does not prepare, sell or deliver food unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise. Vendors are responsible for their products, services, food safety, licensing and customer interactions.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give ChopSpot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

  • Only submit content you have the right to use.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, illegal or infringing content.
  • Reviews and vendor information should reflect genuine experiences and accurate details.

Vendor listings and claims

Vendor registrations, suggestions and ownership claims may be reviewed before approval. We may edit, reject, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, duplicated, unsafe or inconsistent with these terms.

Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with the service, bypass security measures or access data without authorization.
  • Do not scrape, copy or commercially exploit ChopSpot content without permission.
  • Do not impersonate another person or business, manipulate reviews or misrepresent vendor ownership.
  • Do not use ChopSpot to harm others or violate applicable law.

Service availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict access when necessary for maintenance, security or legal reasons. ChopSpot is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every listing or feature will always be accurate or uninterrupted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChopSpot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, vendor conduct, food quality, inaccurate third-party information or decisions made based on listings. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and changes

You may stop using ChopSpot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk or unlawful activity. We may update these terms and will identify the current version by its updated date.
